The Heads of Mission representing the Group of Latin American and Caribbean Countries (GRULAC) in South Africa gathered recently to commemorate their accomplishments for the year 2023. The year-end celebration took place at the residence of Julio Fiol, the Ambassador of Chile, offering guests a vibrant experience showcasing the diverse cultures through food, music, and dance from the member nations.
