SA Freedom Week in Algeria

Mr Joseph Kotane, South Africa’s Ambassador to Algeria with the Saharawi indoor football team.

The Western Sahara indoor football team participated in the South African Embassy’s “Unity in Sport” indoor football tournament in Algiers. The Saharawi team took top honours after beating an Algerian team 4-0 in the final. The event was organized by the South African Embassy as part of their 20 years of freedom celebrations 01-03 June 2014.
