Heads of UN Agencies present Credentials

 

DEPUTY MINISTER FRANSMAN RECEIVES CREDENTIALS OF HEADS OF UNITED NATIONS AGENCIES

 

The presentation of credentials of three United Nations Agencies took place at Deputy Minister Fransman’s Office in Cape Town on Tuesday, 28 January 2014. Credentials were presented by the following Heads of UN Agencies:

Mrs Clementine Nkweta-Salami; Regional Representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)

South Africa enjoys cordial relations with the above UN Agencies whose different and specific mandates contribute to a better life of all South Africans and Africans in the region and the Continent.  They all committed themselves to the further   strengthening of the relations with South Africa and Deputy Minister Fransman assured them of South Africa’s support and cooperation in furtherance of their mandates.
