Samba! Frevo! Caipirinha! Churrasco!  the best of Brazil were showcased at the 4th Afro-Brazilian Festival at Market@theSheds in Pretoria giving guests the opportunity to eat, drink, and dance Brazilian.

This unique collaboration with the Embassy of Brazil in South Africa and Market@theSheds turns this monthly market into a Brazilian-African fusion of art, culture dance and music once a year.

Included in the festivities of the day were Brazilian martial arts, soccer demonstrations and activities for the children. The usual offering of local foods was spiced up with Brazilian flavour.

Crafts, fashion and design stalls were also part of the festival.

The event was produced by www.thesocialmix.org
