Palestine - South Africa Cultural Week in commemoration of the United Nations International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian people

The Embassy of the State of Palestine in cooperation with the Department of Arts and Culture, the United Nations Information Centre and, in partnership with The Department of International Relations and Cooperation will host a  Palestine – South Africa Cultural Week in Commemoration of the United Nations International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. The event will take place from 28 of November 2016 – 2 of December 2016. The Week-long event will feature the following:

    A Palestinian Art Exhibition by prominent artisrs Mrs. Tamam Al-akhal and the late Mr. Ismail Shammout - 28 Nov 2016, at the National Museum of Cultural History, Pretoria
    The screening of a Palestinian film titled ”5 Broken Cameras” - 29 Nov 2016, at  District six Museum Homecoming Centre
    Palestinian Music Concert by Al-Istiqlal dancing group and a Palestinian food festival - 02 Dec 2016, at the South African State Theatre, Pretoria
